Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a Cultural Connector—a dynamic individual who understands the pulse of modern culture and can harness it to build connections, grow our client base, and create brand narratives that resonate across Europe.

In this performance-based role, you’ll work closely with the VICE ecosystem to gain deep insights into youth trends and subcultures. You’ll use this knowledge to develop strategic partnerships and craft campaigns that authentically engage our target audiences. By blending Glass’s brand-building expertise with VICE’s cultural
credibility, you’ll help position Glass as a trusted partner for brands looking to connect with the next generation.
Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on partnerships that leverage the unique cultural insights of the VICE ecosystem and Glass’s brand-building capabilities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and stakeholders who value authentic cultural connections.

Use VICE’s ecosystem to gain insights into youth culture and amplify client messages on culturally relevant platforms.

Craft and deliver tailored pitches and proposals that highlight Glass’s ability to build brands that resonate with youth culture.

Collaborate with our creative and account teams to ensure cohesive execution that aligns with client goals and cultural trends.

Track, analyze, and adjust strategies based on sales metrics to ensure revenue targets are met and growth opportunities are maximized.

Represent Glass at industry events and networking functions to build visibility and establish new partnerships.
qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the creative, media, or cultural industries.

A strong network within the creative and media sectors, ideally with connections across multiple European markets.

Passionate about contemporary culture, subcultures, and youth trends, with a talent for connecting brands with authentic cultural momentum and emerging trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly adaptable.

Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
This is a performance-based role with considerable earning potential for those skilled in cultivating meaningful partnerships and achieving growth.
