Job Description
We are in search of a forward-thinking strategist to lead our strategy team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies that align with our studio's objectives and our clients' goals. Collaborating closely with creatives, analysts, and project managers, you will ensure that our strategic initiatives are innovative, impactful, and grounded in deep market insights.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and articulate clear, strategic visions for projects, ensuring they align with both our studio's ambitions and our clients' business objectives.

Lead and nurture the strategy team, fostering an environment of collaboration, analytical rigor, and strategic innovation.

Work in tandem with creative teams to ensure that strategic plans are seamlessly integrated with creative concepts, enhancing the overall impact and effectiveness of our projects.

Oversee the strategic planning process from research and analysis to strategy formulation and implementation, ensuring that our efforts are data-driven and results-oriented.

Act as a key advisor to both internal teams and clients, presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations with clarity and persuasiveness.

Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform and innovate our strategic approaches.

Ensure that all strategic outputs are measurable, achievable, and aligned with client KPIs and objectives.
qualifications

Proven experience as a strategist or in a similar strategic leadership role within marketing, advertising, consultancy, or a related field.

A strong portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives that have driven growth, engagement, or brand development.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire a team towards achieving shared objectives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse audiences.

A deep understanding of market research, consumer behavior analysis, and strategic planning processes across various industries and platforms.

Innovative thinker with a proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging trends and insights to drive strategic decisions.
